Each one or two bedroom unit features one to two bathrooms, full kitchen, off-street parking, central air, washer and dryer. Many units have sweeping ocean views and everybody enjoys the convenience of a quick walk to the beach. A movie theater, miniature golf and dining are nearby. Free WIFI available May through October only. Unit is located on north side of building. Exercise room, game room & sauna are located in south building. Parking & Amenity fee of $75/week (no cash) collected at building May through end of September.
