Very nice, clean and open concept 1750 sq ft townhome on one of Green Valleys Golf Courses. Still being updated, already new bedroom sets, TVs updated furniture. Great area, close to shopping, dining, golf and retail areas. Large Patio with Mountain View’s. Master BR has a great Mountain View. Wake up to those sunrises over the mountain as the back faces east. Then in the evening enjoy the front patio with a cute fountain and get a few sunsets. Property also has a large additional room that will be set up as a den/office. Two Rec centers within 1 mile of the home. Enjoy the pools, tennis hot tub and many other activities for a small fee. Pictures do not yet show all the improvements that will be made. A great get away location to avoid those winters.

Summary: Comfortable home in a beautiful, safe community. Good location for access to amenities and shopping. The great patio on east side with a mountain view made for relaxing morning coffees and afternoon siestas. The roses started to bloom during our stay and were gorgeous. There is some highway noise at times on some days but this is minimized on the patio side. Made for a great home base for birding excursions for two weeks in late March.
