The entrance of Rivercrown 7 leads into a spacious FOYER that allows easy access into the covered GARAGE parking area. The dazzling GREAT ROOM is wide open and filled with natural light, and features a luxurious LIVING AREA with a crackling stone fireplace, multiple leather sofas, and a large HDTV. Glass doors lead outside to the private TERRACE, which features a gas grill, outdoor dining area, and a hot tub that overlooks serene Beaver Pond and stunning Ajax Peak.
The gourmet KITCHEN is very spacious and surrounded by natural wood cabinets and granite countertops. Premier appliances from KitchenAid, Thermadore, and Krups include a panel-front refrigerator and a huge gas range. The kitchen is also fully-equipped with all of the extras too, like a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and even an espresso maker. There's a circular island in the center of the kitchen with seating, as well as a formal dining table with space for six more.
