This well cared for vacation home is the lower half of a duplex located approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the green Pleasure Pier and downtown Avalon. It is a one level home with three bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, the third bedroom has a queen bed, the living room has a double sofa sleeper with new carpeting installed. In addition to wireless internet, you will find a very well-equipped kitchen with a large family dining table next to the kitchen and washer/dryer. The living room offers a 40-inch flat panel UHD 4K Smart TV and a DVD player.
