The first thing you'll notice as you drive up is the house's huge paved driveway. What a relief not to have to fuss about parking… or to battle traffic simply to hit the beach. You can leave your car here and stroll back and forth to the sands and the Gulf of Mexico anytime you want.
Walk around the back of the house and you'll find Crescent Street 1138 B's curvaceous swimming pool. When you're not splashing in the water, you can laze on a chair on the poolside patio, drying off in the sun or keeping cool in the shade. And along the side of the duplex is a large charcoal grill and a table for dining alfresco. If ever a house was made for enjoying an all-day cookout with friends and family, it's this one.
