The villa is spread over multiple levels, with the main entrance on the first floor, which features a private entrance and courtyard. For electricity, the tenant is limited to a maximum of 15 kWh of free electricity per day. A €0.60 charge for each additional kWh will be added, which will be paid by the tenant. A €500 security deposit is required, which will be returned upon departure once the condition of the accommodation has been inspected.
