Summary: The details make a difference when traveling with family. This is an older home in downtown Henderson, not in Green Valley as the map leads you to believe, so that little detail about the location was very disappointing for me. I wanted to be closer to other family members who were also in town and staying in Green Valley. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The check-in process was quick and easy, and check out process was very simple. The house itself is simply decorated with lots of beds to choose from. The only room with carpet was the master bedroom and it was in dire need of a good shampooing…again it’s the small details that matter to me. The pool was very clean and my family had fun using it. The pictures of the pool on the listing did not match the actual pool since the decking was removed. I was looking forward to lounging on the deck only to find out when I arrived that there wasn’t a deck. I would suggest an update to the photos of the backyard so that any future guests aren’t surprised like I was. I didn’t get a chance to use the grill since the handle was missing a screw and I also couldn’t get the gas to turn on. Again it’s the small details like this that make a difference. Overall it was a good stay, the house just needs a little TLC for things like the dirty carpet, the grill, other items throughout the house like making sure the ceiling fans operate properly, air vents aren’t covered in dust, etc.
