Villa de la Paz features a large, bright room for living, dining and kitchen. The living room has a 60" Smart Tv, a comfortable couch and two lounge chairs that recline and offer an amazing place to kick your feet up, relax and watch the palm trees flow in the wind. The dining room is spacious and has seating for 8 people plus 3 more bar stools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is open to dining and living room offering a great space for preparing family meals. The ceiling are high with windows everywhere letting the ocean breeze flow thru the house. The back patio has an additional dining table with 6 chairs and a hammock that is perfect for reading a good book or an afternoon nap.
There are 4 private bedrooms in the home. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a private bathroom and a view of the Caribbean. The second master has a queen sized bed, a private bathroom and also amazing views of the Sea. The third bedroom has a matrimonial size bed and a garden view with glass doors leading outside. There is an additional bathroom located outside this bedroom. The 4th bedroom has an individual bed and a desk. All bedroom have plenty of storage space including cabinets and drawers. All bed rooms have a ceiling fan and a floor fan. (There is no air - conditioning in the home).
