This Unique 3100+ square-foot town home with a walk out basement is distinguished in design. The home consists of four bedrooms and four baths and 8 individual beds. It contains a fully equipped new modern kitchen and pantry. On the main level, there are three bedrooms and three baths, fully stocked new laundry facility, two car garage, and a furnished patio with a Bar-b-que grill. The kitchen and living room have marvelous eastern views of the golf course, city, mountains, and the early morning sunrise. The master bedroom has a kind size bed and attached bath with shower and tub and two vanity sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a designated bathroom as well. The third bedroom and bathroom has two full sized beds. All beds have 400-600 thread count luxury sheets and accompanying blankets and pillows. The lower floor consists of a large two bed bedroom, with one full size bed and one queen size bed, as well as a very large living/gaming room with 50 inch high definition tv, and two double beds as well. Tv's all have access to Netflix. The lower floor also has its own private bathroom. Each level of the house has its own patio overlooking the tenth tee box and the eighteenth fairway of the gorgeous Falcon Ridge Golf course. The main floor patio, along with the propane Bar-b-Que, has teak patio furniture.
