The unit in a private gated community with 24 hours security services is located right on San Francisco Beach, the most beautiful beach on Cozumel. Just a 5 minute boat ride to some of the greatest and world renowned reefs such as Palancar. We recommend bringing aqua socks because the ocean floor is rocky. You can also decide to jump or get into the water directly from the pier a few yards away! There's also good snorkeling just off the beach. The beach stretches on for miles so you can run or jog for as long and as far as you would like.
The unit is fully air conditioned along with ceiling fans in bedroom, living room and patio. Maid services will be provided twice during each week excluding Sundays. Please let our local manager know which days you would like maid services upon your arrival. The unit has access to two large heated freshwater pools, with the 2nd swimming pool directly in front of building 3 (the unit). You are only a few steps away from Palancar Dive Shop (the local dive shop) and the pier that you will be picked up for either your scuba dive or snorkeling adventures. You have access to the outdoor shower and rinse tank for your dive gear located at the beach pool.
The condos are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel. The unit comes with Magic Jack so you can call U.S. or Canada for free to check in with family and friends. In addition, the unit has high speed internet access (WiFi). The unit also has a TV that is connected to Chromecast so that you can watch your favorite Netflix or Youtube movies or any other Chromecast supported app. If you haven't used Chromecast before, simply download the Chromecast app to your iOS or Android device and follow the instructions when you open up the Chromecast app.
Purified bottled waters will be provided for your pleasure. Beach and shower towels are also provided for your daily pleasure. Extra charges will apply for maid services for stays longer than a week. Nothing unexpected here except a great big beautiful beach and sunset.
