Summary: Good location, good rental. Wanted a place close to the beach as we were in town celebrating a family milestone. The location is decent with a quick walk to beach (a lot of rocks and cold water and seaweed - not that this is the rentals issue, but just letting you know). Bonfire grill is close and good food.The rental communication was great, gave us code and instructions in timely manner.The hold from a 5 star, is that a 5 star is in excellent condition and you feel like on vacation. The rental is good and in good condition. But not in excellent condition and only has 2 showers for 8 people. The up upstairs is small and hot. The upstairs was functional with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The main level was good and enough room for everyone to eat and talk. The garage had a pool table that was used and some beach chairs to use. A nice place.
