Sleeps up to 10 guests, just minutes from Farragut State Park and Bayview’s waterfront.

**Accessing the Property: We strongly suggest guest drive 4WD/AWD vehicles to this property!
Upon arrival, take a very sharp left off Hudson Bay Road and travel slowly down the shared driveway as it is quite steep.
(**Depending on your size vehicle, you may need to pass the driveway completely to turnaround on the road, this will allow you to drive straight down the driveway without having the need for the first sharp left described earlier**)
Once you reach the bottom, take another sharp right to park facing the house. Space is available for two vehicles parked one behind the other. If your group has more than two vehicles, please find available street parking on Hudson Bay Road. Please use caution walking down to house from street, as the driveway is very steep.
The front door is up the few steps on the small front porch. You will receive a unique code for the keypad prior to check in. If you encounter any issues accessing the property, please reach out to your hosts directly.
**Accessing the Dock and Boat Slip:
From the back deck, a staircase descends approximately XX steps down to the dock and boat slip. Please use caution and take your time on the stairs. No running, roughhousing, or unsafe behavior is tolerated on the steps, dock, or boat slip for safety reasons.

Welcome to your Bayview retreat on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille.
This multi-level lake home blends cozy cabin comfort with peaceful North Idaho charm. With two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft, it’s ideal for families, small groups, and lake lovers looking for a laid-back getaway managed with care by your hosts at Village Collective, a locally owned property management team based in Coeur d’Alene.
✨ Living Room
The main level living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and large windows that bring the outdoors in. Gather here for game nights, a good movie, or simply to enjoy the view. Downstairs, you’ll find a second cozy living space with another Smart TV and a sliding glass door that opens directly to the lower deck and hot tub.
🍳 Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for easy meals, including a full suite of appliances, cookware, dishware, utensils, a coffee maker, blender, and microwave. The dining table and breakfast bar offer plenty of seating for morning coffee, shared meals, or late-night conversations.
🛏 Bedrooms
Primary Bedroom (Main Level): Queen-size bed, warm natural light, lots of closet space and convenient access to the main level bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Two twin bunk beds perfect for kids or friends. Located down the hall from the downstairs living room and convenient access to the downstairs bathroom.
Loft (Upstairs) : Queen-size bed and one twin bunk bed for additional sleeping space and flexibility. There is also a desk with a lamp for remote work keeping up with homework and two cozy chairs paired with a small coffee table placed directly in front of a large window looking straight out to the water. The loft also has convenient access to the 3rd bathroom.
Additional sleeping arrangements: Pack n play available upon request.
🛁 Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are available for guest use, one on each level of the home. Each stocked with towels, toiletries, and essentials to make your stay comfortable. The upstairs bathroom includes a toilet and bathtub (no standing shower), the main level bathroom has two sections, the first just a toilet with sink and the 2nd section is the standing shower w/ sink. Pocket doors separate each section. The downstairs bathroom has a toilet, sink and a small corner shower.
🌿 Outdoor Living
Enjoy the best of lake life right outside your door. This property has a lot of deck space, so it will be hard to miss the beautiful views of Lake Pend Oreille from the main deck (accessible from the main level). Take in an additional treed view down on the lower deck where the private hot tub awaits.
From the lower deck, you can take the stairs up that reconnect with the main deck above or head down the staircase, which descends approximately XX steps to the dock and boat slip.
**PLEASE USE CAUTION AND TAKE YOUR TIME ON THE STAIRS. NO RUNNING, ROUGHHOUSING, OR UNSAFE BEHAVIOR IS TOLERATE ON STEPS, DOCK, OR BOAT SLIP FOR SAFTFY REASONS.**
Spend evenings gathered around the propane firepit under the stars. The first five-gallon propane tank is provided by the host. If the tank is used entirely, guests are responsible for refilling it for the remainder of their stay.
Kayaks, paddleboards, and life vests are provided for guest use. Please enjoy safely and refrain from running or roughhousing on the stairs or dock.
