The main floor is an open floor plan which flows into the backyard with wood deck, patio chairs, bbq and pool. The community has two gated entrances with 24hr security, 3 parks and walking and biking paths throughout. Just in front of the community, a quick 6 minute walk, is a luxury plaza with grocery stores, movie theatre, over 15 restaurants, 2 salons, a gym and a starbucks. Centrally located 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to the beaches of cancun, 25 minute to Puerto Morelos and 45 minutes to Playa Del Carmen.
