Summary: Very new and nice house with a billiard table, very quiet and comfortable, near to a big supermarket, 1h20m drive to Yosemite valley, friendly landlord. BUT, the problem is, in the description on Expedia, there are one bed and one sofa in bedroom, and one sofa in common area, but actually there’s no sofa in the bedroom, which is a bit misleading, so someone need to sleep on the floor for a group of 4 people. Also, the Wi-Fi speed is a bit slow, and the water for shower get hot slowly. Anyway, it’s a good choice for less than three people.
