It is equipped with its own private bathroom. The private bathroom has a large shower and vanity. Large closet. Smart tv. Blackout blinds. Private workspace that can be used for study or vanity area.

b. Bedroom #2 (sleeps 4, 2 queens)
Access to the shared bathroom. Black out blinds installed. Large closet space. Smart TV.

c. Bedroom #3
Converted to a fully functional arcade. 2 full-size arcade games: Pac-man and Mortal Kombat with many retro games included. Large floor chess can be played or put away for extra floor space for your next visit. There are many board games available: Jenga, Connect 4, and Uno to name a few. The arcade room also has neon lights that can be used to change the ambiance and set the lighting for a night out setting.

a. Start by unwinding in our stylish U-shaped couch that can seat up to 8 people.
b. You can watch all the movies or shows you desire on our smart TV. We have smart TV featuring free to download Hulu, Netflix, Disney +, and more. Sign in with you current username and password, to enjoy all your movies in our home.
c. If your pet is pre approved for the stay, they will be able to also enjoy their own private pet corner.

a. Brand new kitchen appliances ready for you to cook a fancy gourmet dinner with.
b. All kitchen amenities are stocked with dinnerware plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, pots/pans, microwave, toaster, and blender.
c. The dining table can seat up to 6 people.

a. Our home has 2 private bathrooms.
b. Both bathrooms have vanity spaces with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

a. Portable crib available at any time during your stay.
b. 1 booster seat is kept inside the closet and can be used for your toddler during mealtimes.
c. All equipment is kept inside the closet and is sanitized after each guest stay.

VIII. ✶ Washer & Dryer ✶
a. In unit washer and dryer is available during your stay ***(at this time, the washer and dryer are in need of repairs due to a water leak and is unavailable)***

IX. ✶ Backyard ✶
a. There is a large backyard space. It is shared with our front rental home. For larger gatherings of 10+ people, both homes are available for rent with pre approval. You will be required to rent out BOTH units. You can use the large private backyard for your next BBQ, graduation, girls night, and more!
b. Message us for more details on how to book both vacation homes for your next large gathering. Service charges of $3,000 for large parties are required for extra fees after booking. Please inquire for more questions about these fees.
c. Trash is shared and trash days are Friday.
d. Guest(s) will still have their own private rental, private entrance, and private parking spaces.
e. Gate, there is an entrance gate near the front home rental that is in need of repairs. Please enter through the back home entrance gate and keyless entry only for safety.

X. ✶Parking ✶
a. You have access to 2 private parking spaces in front of your private entry way.
b. The parking spaces are in the alley. With bright solar lighting.
c. Street parking is also available for your use.
d. Please do not park in the driveway or garage.
e. Follow signs for street cleaning instructions.

XI. ✶ Cleaning Guidelines ✶
a. Our cleaners are trained to sanitize and disinfect surface areas after every guest.
b. We provide our cleaners with the latest technology in the Clorox Turbo Booster to sanitize germ causing bacteria; which include COVID 19 & Monkeypox.
c. Our bed sheets and linens are washed after every guest. And fresh new sheets are provided for each new stay.

XII. ✶ Privacy & Surveillance ✶
a. Please note that the backyard area and trash is shared. There is no shared walls you will have your very own private entrance.
b. You will be able to check in using a simple and easy keyless entry. The home is built with smart lock technology that changes before and after each guest.
c. Outdoor surveillance is located at the front of the home to deter unwanted behavior and monitor package delivery. There are no cameras or recording devices indoors or in the shared backyard for privacy.
d. Trash is scheduled every Friday.
e. Gardening services are every Thursday.
f. Follow street sweeping guidelines when parked on the street.

XIII. ✶Pet ✶
a. All types of pets are welcomed, but your fur friend will need to be pre approved.
b. 1 pet is allowed, with a deep cleaning pet fee of $100 per stay.
c. Your pet will be able to enjoy their own amenities in the pet corner. We do ask them to stay on a leash outside of the home, and remain on a leash in the shared backyard.
d. Message us your pet inquiry today to be pre-approved.

XIV. ✶ Disclosure ✶
a. As your host we provide you with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and coffee pods. There are also complimentary cleaning supplies that can be found under the sink. Although these items are available, we may not have every item you can find in your house (ex: detergent, dishwasher pods, fabric softener, sunblock, bug spray, and etc.). Guest(s) are more than welcome to bring these items to use during their stay and use our amenities for their needs and comfort.

XV. ✶ LASTLY ✶
a. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay. So relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

3. Guest Access
Guest(s) has access to all the amenities in our listing. Host is available via messenger on Airbnb or phone from 9am-10pm. All guest(s) checking in past 10 pm on their first 24 hours may not be able to get a hold of the host unless they pre reserved their check in at a later notice.
