A peaceful and quiet lake house on the clinch river. Located just 3 miles off of I-40 and 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store. 3 bedrooms/2 baths with an office space in the bunk room. A large covered porch provides a great outdoor space to enjoy the views with a cup of coffee. Extremely close to all the outdoor activities East Tennessee has to offer. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, Internet and 2 smart TV's.

Summary: Lovely secluded spot on the Clinch! Screen shot the code for the lockbox in case the power goes out & you're unable to retrieve the email w/ specifics; Grill is gas so no need to bring your own charcoal & the coffee maker is Keurig so buy K-cups instead of ground or beans :) Enjoy it all from the covered deck or out on the river dock- will definitely be back; Thank You for the beautiful spot
