Summary: We were really disappointed with our recent stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was far below expectations. One of our family members had to switch rooms because there was blood on the sheets, mascara on a pillowcase, and a used towel on the floor. Our own room wasn’t much better — it was dirty, and the toilet didn’t work. The overall experience left a lot to be desired. For the price and brand, we expected much better. Hopefully management addresses these issues for future guests.
