High ceilings and eight foot tall windows create ample natural light and make nature the primary focus. There are dramatic nightly sunsets and peak-a-boo views of downtown, the San Juan River and mountain range beyond.
An open floor plan and Chef's kitchen with modern cabinetry, a custom granite "waterfall" island counter, stainless commercial gas range and multiple pans, spices, and cooking accessories make entertaining a breeze. The master bedroom is separated from the guest rooms and has a view worthy of staying in bed all day. The master bath features a custom vanity with dual sinks, backlit mirror, a separate toilet room, and massive walk-in shower.
