Positive: Convenient & central location on one of the main roads in Chetumal. Free on-site parking. Nice front-desk staff.

Negative: The parking lot at the back is still labeled with the hotel’s previous name. That was confusing especially when trying to park at night after a long drive. They should update that. The hotel itself is pretty basic.
