The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with beautyrest mattress, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. We have decorated it with a desert rabbit & rose motif & have nicknamed it the "Buns n Roses" cottage.
Within walking distance to town pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day, Butler Park, a hike down the hill gets you to the river.
Our property itself is a work in progress (new house put on existing property Dec 2023) so please don't expect much as far as that goes, however the Cottage is cozy and quiet. Great neighborhood for walks.
Open the door in the summer and enjoy the Arizona monsoon rains.
Room to park a trailer or horse trailer (sorry no corral available).
