Summary: My experience was honestly disappointing. While they were cleaning the AC units, we were left waiting for over 20 minutes with no clear communication. I also requested a late check-out, but the front desk employee failed to note it properly. The next day, a staff member came in very rudely, even banging on the door and questioning why we hadn’t left yet. I had to call the front desk to explain the situation, which could have easily been avoided if the request had been handled correctly the night before. On top of that, the room itself was not in good condition. The bathroom was very dirty, and there was ongoing tile work on the walls that had been left unfinished, making the space feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of communication, cleanliness, and customer service made this a frustrating stay.
