Guests have full access to the studio - our place is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay! There is an additional home in the front of the property that can be booked for ultimate privacy. There will be guests parked in the driveway and there is a shared yard.
There is free street parking. Do NOT park in the driveway, that is reserved for the front house guests.
Do not block the fire hydrant or the neighbor's driveway.

Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For checking in on the same day you booked, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.
