Attached car carport, patio, large grass backyard, Traeger grill, Weber grill, and fish cleaning station. Perfect getaway for the family to enjoy Ute Lake. There is a king in the master, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, Queen bed in 3rd. Family room has a queen size sofa sleeper. Roll away and air mattress for kids.
