* The spacious, open upstairs living area has panoramic ocean views and direct access to the upper porch via sliding glass doors. It offers the perfect gathering place for your friends and family to relax and enjoy game night, watch movies, and make new memories.
* The large gourmet kitchen and adjacent walk-in pantry have everything you need to create delicious meals the whole gang will enjoy. The oversized center island has additional seating for five and allows maximum prep and serving space next to to the large dining area which seats 10.
*Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with washer, dryer, an extra ice maker, and a second full sized refridgerator.

Everyone will sleep well on our comfortable beds and soft linens! Each of the six spacious bedrooms has its own ensuite bath allowing for privacy and comfort. The layout is perfect for multiple generations, families traveling together, or groups of adults enjoying a getaway.

Ideally located just north of center-island, you are a 2 minute walk from the central Beach Club to use (with amenity cards) the adult pool and Sand Bar beach bar, the large family pool, excercise facilities, the Beach Club restaurant, and the pizza and ice cream food trucks (seasonally). You are a short golf cart ride on your six seater golf cart (included with the home) to all the other many amenities including dining, world-class fishing, tennis, pickleball, and two spectacular golf courses.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards. (Club amenity cards needed for guests 13 years and older. Children under 13 do not require a card.)
