Summary: The doorknob lock would not open with the electronics. Then they waited-delayed getting locksmith for 3 hours while we’re stuck outside in rain. Cleanliness: the towels were moldy, flooring had dry pet urine, previous persons left us dirty food bowl, shower needed cleaning.
