Welcome to our beautifully decorated, family-friendly home located in the heart of downtown Phoenix! This spacious vacation rental features 3 cozy bedrooms with comfortable bedding, high-end finishes, and an abundance of entertainment amenities that make it the perfect place for families and friends.
In the backyard, you'll find a stunning oasis, complete with a pool, hot tub, and hammock, perfect for soaking up the AZ sun. Ideal location for anyone wanted to enjoy what downtown AZ has to offer! When the kids aren't enjoying the above-ground pool, kids will enjoy spending time on the playgrounds and rolling around in the turf yard. Adults can gather around the picnic table, read a book in the egg chair, or enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit or in the jacuzzi during the evening. We also have outdoor games such as a huge Jenga, connect4, cornhole, ping pong, and ladder toss to keep everyone entertained. With the abundance of activities for kids, both inside and out, you won't have to worry about them running out of things to do.
Inside, you’ll be welcomed by an inviting and homey vibe that comes with the new renovations and interior design. The living room is perfect for lounging and relaxing, with two full couches, a large smart TV, and plenty of space to spread out. You'll feel right at home as you unwind after a long day exploring downtown Phoenix or spending time in the backyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils and cookware, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Whip up a delicious meal for your loved ones and enjoy it at the large dining table that seats up to eight, at the counter-top breakfast island in the middle of the kitchen, or at one of the outdoor picnic tables. Also, don’t be afraid to fire up the grill outside for a cookout.
As you make your way into the bedrooms, you’ll find a luxurious king-size bed with soft linens and plenty of pillows within the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds, a toddler bed, and an air mattress if needed, ensuring everyone in your group has a comfortable sleeping arrangement. Extra sheets for the air mattress are provided in the closet.
This vacation rental is located just minutes away from popular downtown attractions, including stadiums, museums, art galleries, restaurants, bars, farmers' markets, concert venues, and much more! Take a trip on the four bikes that are provided, including one tandem bike, to sightsee around downtown or visit Wesley Bolin Memorial park just minutes from the house. The downtown bar district, known as Roosevelt, is also located within a short bike ride or a 1.5-mile walk. Footprint Center, home of the Phoenix Suns, and Chase Field, home of the Arizona D-Backs, are only a mile from the house. Commuting to and from the house is easy, as you'll have easy access to main freeways and are only 9 minutes away from the airport.
