Welcome to our beautiful guest house on our family-owned farm and orchard! Nestled on 15 acres of land, our guest house is just a short 4.5 miles away from the charming town of Capitola and only 13 miles from the bustling city of Los Gatos.

As you explore our property, you'll find yourself surrounded by stunning valley views and an abundance of sunshine. Our farm is fully fenced and gated, offering plenty of space for gardening, hiking, and exploring. You'll also find a peaceful mile of Soquel Creek running through the property, complete with year-round swimming holes and secluded spots for reading and relaxation.

Built just four years ago, our guest house is designed with your comfort in mind. It's hyper-insulated with stucco walls, LED lighting, and the latest plumbing, including a tankless water heater. The heating is controlled by baseboard heaters that can be easily adjusted with a simple Wi-Fi/app connection. The metal roof adds to the ambiance, as the sound of raindrops creates a soothing background noise.

At night, you'll be lulled to sleep by the sounds of crickets and frogs, and in the morning, you'll wake up to the melody of birdsong. Our location offers great sun exposure, and we're often just out of the fog layer, so you can enjoy sunny skies most of the day.

Inside, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a large closet, a brand new wrought iron bed, and comfortable mattress with high-end linens. The bathroom is beautifully designed with subway tile and high-end fixtures, including a full tub/shower combo, a pedestal sink, and a movable mirror. Plus, there's a new stackable washer/dryer within the bathroom.

The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, featuring a brand new sofa (that converts into a queen bed), a 45" OLED screen with cable and Wi-Fi, two leather chairs, and a new wool rug.

You'll have dedicated parking, and all utilities are included. We're looking forward to having you stay with us on the ranch and make memories that will last a lifetime
