Summary: Ethan’s place was AMAZING! It was true to his listing pictures. It was very clean, had everything we needed in a safe, quiet gated community. We even found a couple of places to play pickleball close by.We were down there for a bucket list trip to the KC Royals spring training. It was maybe 20-25 minutes to the Surprise Stadium, close to the State Farm Stadium and close to the Westgate Entertainment area and Tanger’s outlet mall. We had a Great time and would definitely stay again!!!
