- Cleaning company charge us 35 per pet per night. Please contact the host if you have pets.
- 2 car parking in front of the garage. If you need more, you can just park in front of the two car on the street or find street parking
- To turn on string light there is a switch on the plug itself.
- Please turn off lights and appliance when leaving the house.
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.

We have exterior cameras in the property for security and insurance purposes.
For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $400.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
