The upper 2 bedrooms have access to the balcony. This home has huge porches for outdoor dining and entertaining.

The blue suite (upstairs) has a queen size bed, a sofa, a private bath with shower and a small claw foot tub. The yellow suite (upstairs) has a queen size bed and a private bathroom with shower. The blue and yellow suites have access to a private balcony with lounge chairs.
The shop is not part of the rental but can be accessed by request. There is a hookup for electric car charging that can be used if needed. This space can provide locked storage for bicycles.
