This newly finished, spacious, open floorplan basement apartment is in a safe, quiet, upscale Pleasant Grove neighborhood. It sleeps four with a king bed in one bedroom, a queen in the other, and 1.5 baths. Each bedroom also has a large-screen TV.
The full kitchen is newly built with plank-tile floors, beautiful, white quartz countertops, stainless refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large sink. The knotty-alder cabinets are fully stocked with pans, dishes, and utensils for preparing any meal.
The spacious living area features tall ceilings, high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi, a ping-pong table, laundry, a comfy leather couch, and plush chairs by the large-screen TV.
