This rental was upgraded in 2014 with kitchen, bath, flooring, paint, siding, window and many more upgrades. This is our vacation home that offers lake access and views of Owasco Lake. There are 4 bedrooms with queen beds in each and a couch in the living room. An additional twin bed is provided in the office as well. There's a dining room with a formal table. Plenty of closet space as well. Summer time is absolutely beautiful here.

Summary: We had a wonderful time and the house was just perfect. It was excellently stocked with anything that you could need. You are only steps from the water and the dock is great. Down the road is a beautiful county park (Emerson) and it is very large and circles the water. It's a great place to take a walk. I hated leaving our vacation.
