Our home has been completely renovated - new paint, flooring, oak cabinets, granite countertops, new fixtures and much more. It's pure Florida with a great view of the Gulf just a block away. This cottage is the perfect getaway, located in the quiet coastal Palm Harbor area called Ozona . Ozona is a small laid back community located just miles from Clearwater Beach. Ozona is the very definition of eclectic having multi-million dollar mansions sitting next door to beach side shantys. It has some of the greatest restaurants in Pinellas County, boasting that perfect mix making your vacation relaxing and one that you're happy to call 'home' while away from home. It is only one short block from the gulf, and marina... all within easy walking distance. You can walk 5 blocks to Alt-19 and catch the 'Trolley' to Clearwater and many other locations. Our home is located just a few steps from the Pinellas Trail, featuring 34 miles of walking, biking, and roller blading. there are 2 adult bikes with the property. This is a golf cart community with a golf cart optionally available as well. Located midway between Tarpon Springs and Dunedin, just North of Clearwater.

Summary: We stayed in this home for a month during the transition between our old and new homes. This place had everything we needed, and then some. The owners were great at communicating, and very accomodating. Located near the water in a quant little town with great mom and pop restaurants. Wouldly highly recommend!!
