Summary: This has a great location only 15 minutes away from the Boulder campus. The host was very kind, great communication, and had extras like coffee, milk, cream, tea and snacks. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the common area. It is in the basement of the owner's home and has a separate entrance.
