Built in 1828 this historically registered, fully-renovated, clean and comfortable 2-storied home features a fully equipped kitchen with exposed, original hand-hewn beams. Seating for six. Dishwasher is detached, but the sink is plumbed with a faucet dedicated to its use and will not impede regular faucet use. All washing liquids provided.

Kitchen door opens to a spacious, well-maintained, unfenced grassy 2.5 acres, small stream and shallow pond with a Mountain View. Here you’ll find a gas grill, outdoor furniture and fire pit w/wood. Birds and frogs will be your near neighbors. Dogs require a non-refundable deposit, but are welcome at the property.

Enter the front of the farmhouse through the paned-glass door into the extra living space: a charming 3-season porch w/comfortable furniture, then let yourself into the front door via the handy, keyless entry.

Living space has wood plank flooring, mood lighting, large coffee table perfect for supplied board games, and cozy couches with throws. Lovely glass-paned wood stove lit with candles year-round sits in the corner. Roku TV and Netflix provided, as well as high-speed internet.

Opening off this is the tiled laundry room where you find the washer/dryer/folding table/hanging rack and baskets. Washing pods provided. Laundry room extends into the first bath (door between), and here you will find a tiled floor, tub/shower with hand held sprayer, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and towel warmer. Saratoga is famed for its water, but we find it to be an acquired taste! Thus, the house features a whole-house, reverse osmosis water-filtering system. The water passes testing with flying colors. During summer months, bottled water is routinely provided for your convenience, but the water from the refrigerator’s line is perfectly good for drinking.

Located minutes off Interstate 87 making Saratoga, Glens Falls, and Lake George attractions all easily accessible.
