Summary: Pool was nice and warm but wasn’t open on all of the days we were there. Hot tub was open all of the days but when the pool was closed the hot tub was barely luke warm so really neither of them could be used. We understand things happen but it’s disappointing when you pay extra for your kids to be able to play. The room was clean but the rest of the hotel wasn’t very clean seeming. Nice and bright new hotel though.
