Summary: As i arrived to the hotel. There wasn't no one there to greet you personally . It was a computer that displayed the person for front desk. There's no genuine , sweet customer service. While trying to check in at 4:50pm rooms were not ready and clean . It took till 6/630pm to be able to check in and complete the check in process. We finally got our room . It was on the 3rd floor. At first you get like wow the rooms look good. But then as you look around the room . You start noticing the damages they tried to fix . Especially the bathroom . The bathroom was the worst. Shower and toilet was old, and low water pressure , towel rack was broken and the fire alarm was making noise all night . I didnt get no good sleep. I left maybe 3 hours before check out. and do check in process.
