Summary: Both nights we were woken by loud people well after the quiet hours of 10:00. The room was very hot and stuffy even with the fan and windows open so it was not an option to shut things. There are lovely courtyard spaces. But the couch area outside our room was usually littered with empty bottles and food wrappers. We were not able to check in by 3:00. We arrived quite early and waited patiently (understanding early check in is not guaranteed). Twice we were told 20 minutes until we had to leave for our tour. Seemed very disorganized. There are so many options in central Antigua. I’d check out a different place.
