Summary: The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. For example, we wanted to do laundry and one staff member walked my boyfriend to the closest laundromat to show us exactly where to go. She went above and beyond to help us! We also needed to switch rooms because my boyfriend kept knocking his head against a ceiling beam in one of the rooms due to his height. They placed us in another beautiful room with no issues and were incredibly kind and accommodating during the process. The hotel has a stunning patio and it was so nice to sit and enjoy the ambience of the hotel. Great dining options are walkable, as well as a beautiful park with lively events. We took an Uber to get to the downtown area where the cathedrals and museums are located (probably about a 10 minute drive and it was super easy to get an Uber from the hotel). If you are visiting San Luis Potosí, this is the PERFECT place to stay. Highly recommend.
