Positive: I had a really pleasant stay here—this was my first time in Cancun and my very first hotel experience in the city, and it did not disappoint. The staff made everything so easy and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, from breaking larger bills into small pesos, to patiently explaining the currency and giving tips on how much to carry while out and about. They even interacted sweetly with my son, which meant a lot to me as a traveling parent. Their recommendations for places to visit were spot-on and made exploring the area feel exciting but not overwhelming. All in all, this was a great start to my Cancun experience, and I’d absolutely stay again. The service, warmth, and helpfulness made it feel like more than just a hotel—it felt like a soft landing in a new place. A very short distance from the ADO bus station, walkable. AC was GREAT, Hot water was HAWT
