Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I really like the accommodation and customer service from all staff members. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and pictures are true to what the inside of the rooms look like. The location of the hotel is very close to everything so didn't really need a taxi while I stayed in this hotel.

Negative: What I did like is the street noise in the night, but it was expected since your close to 5th ave. I am a heavy sleeper so I didn't really hear the music from local bars, but my mother who is a light sleeper was able to hear the music during the night.

Summary: Loved the hotel and the service that was given during our stay.
