Positive: Marco the staff guy is so kind and thoughtful. He helped me a lot with everything I needed. Is well located and not noisy at all. I was there with my baby and I didn't have any problems

Negative: I will suggest warm lights in the room better than cold and a block out curtain for the bed window . It seemed it was the lights turned on because the brightness in it.
