Positive: The location is fantastic. Good central location within CDMX. Quiet yet plenty of parks and restaurants just out the door

Negative: Glass doors to rooms allow light and sound into the room. Would prefer an electric coffeemaker rather than a French press. No elevator so waking up to the fifth floor is a chore.
