Positive: The location is excellent and the roof-top pool area was very enjoyable. They have water in the lobby to fill your bottle as needed. The hotel is new so the design is modern. Water pressure was really good as well, which was a pleasant surprise.

Negative: As mentioned, the hotel is new (it had been operating for one week when we arrived) so I can forgive some of the inconveniences. BUT, the furnishings in the rooms are woefully inadequate. Our room had a bed and a TV on the wall... period. No night stand, no chair, no desk, no dresser, no closet, no nothing! We took a chair from the courtyard to get a few things off the ground and hung a few items of clothing from the edges of the TV and the curtain rod. This is just not acceptable in a hotel that bills itself 4 star. The room we stayed in was larger than most, which we thought was a bonus, but the smaller rooms did have simple wood shelves beside the bed and under the TV at least. What they didn't have was a real window - they all opened out into the hallway which is very odd. The bathroom was also oddly designed - the sink is no bigger than your hand so water gets everywhere - and there is no mirror at the sink. Instead, they hung a longer skinny (maybe 6 or 8 inches wide) mirror adjacent to the sink behind the door. You get two bath towels and that's it. No hand towels, washcloths or even a bathmat. One hand towel did appear half way through our stay. And then we come to the pillows.... The bed itself was perfectly acceptable but the pillows were more like bricks. Thank goodness I travelled with my puffy jacket so I ended up using it as a pillow instead.
