Summary: The bedroom was clean although there was some paper forgotten on the floor from someone who ate with chopsticks in the bedroom. So there is an obvious lack of attention to detail. The bathroom was large with good running water but for some reason it smelled like sweat. We stayed three nights and nobody came to clean our room or make the bed during our stay. They only clean the rooms when someone leaves, but that was not disclosed anywhere in hotels.com or at the hotel. I turned on the TV and there was no service. I called the number that I was given for support and I was supposed to get a call back which never happened. There is no staff. The check in is done through a screen at the entrance. That worked fine. The hotel is well located, at walking distance to many dining options, but don’t expect ANY service. There is no hotel parking but you can park on the street if you pay attention to the street signs since there are some nights when the street is cleaned so you need to move the car.
