Positive: Great location in Topanga. Very rustic & charming with a nice kitchenette and deck to eat on. My kids loved the rope swing. The dog was happy. Easy directions to find the place.

Negative: The lighting upstairs was very dim. A flashlight would have been helpful to go to the bathroom at night. Shower soap would also have been useful. The mattress upstairs is creaky/old. The visible spray foam insulation everywhere is unpleasant.

Summary: Limited options in Topanga. Great location but lacking some comfort & amenities.
