Summary: One day I went to get coffee close to end time & was offered to make more which I said was okay cuz I knew going later it was a possibility of being low but I do appreciate the gesture. Staff was kind. Check in @ out was simple & fast. Clean rooms. Good location. Thank you for the stay

Summary: The room was actually nicely remodeled. Its a 3 instead of a 5 because it has no inroom coffee maker and there was no hot water so we were unable to shower. The bed unfortunately listed to the outer edges so we felt like we were rolling out of bed and it felt like we were sinking at the headboard. Not sure what was going wrong for the bed. We were not advised there was a problem with water heater until arrival, so we had no ability to cancel and stay else where.

Summary: We were involved in a car accident on the way and had to cancel last min. I phoned them from the ER and the staff and mgr were very understanding and reimbursed us. We will definitely book again! Great customer service! Thanks
