A mountainside home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths boasting stunning sunset views, 12 acres of woods, pasture and abundant wildlife. 100 meg symmetrical broadband ensures you'll be able to stay in touch with the outside world, although you won't want to. A Hot Tub just off the deck with a view of the mountain and beautiful sunsets. A 5 minutes jaunt to prime fly fishing or tubing on the Battenkill River, and just 45 minutes to Manchester for shopping or Saratoga for the track.

The home has a comfortable floor plan, with ensuite Master upstairs; two bedrooms and full bath on the main floor, one with full size double and a bunk room with trundle and cool kiddie loft. The main floor is completed by eat-in kitchen/dining area walking out to the deck with sweeping views of the valley below. A walk-out finished basement den/game room completes this mountainside retreat, providing ample space for 7 guests.
