IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW. Welcome to our Clearwater home! Our 2-bdr, 2-bath unit is located just minutes from top-rated beaches, shopping, and dining. With room for up to 4 guests, our home is great for families or groups of friends. Step inside and you'll be greeted by a comfortable living room with sofa and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for 6, and the fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and 2 bar stools has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.
HOA COMMUNITY:
The complex is an "Age Qualified Community" (55+) Once your booking is confirmed, you will need to submit an application and lease for the time period inquired to the HOA and must be approved by them (Application fee will apply and be paid separately and directly to the HOA). We will help you with the whole process. Need to abide with HOA rules. As soon as booking is confirmed, you will have 5 days to submit your HOA application or the reservation will be cancelled.
Step inside and you'll be greeted by a comfortable living room with sofa and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for 6, and the fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and 2 bar stools has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal during your stay.
Each of the two bedrooms is beautifully decorated and offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for a good night's rest. The first bedroom features king-size bed with 43-inch TV, ceiling fan, Ensuite bathroom, dresser and walk-in closet, while the second bedroom features queen-size bed, ceiling fan, dresser and closet. We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

The Area
Clearwater is known for its stunning beaches, including the award-winning Clearwater Beach, which is consistently ranked as one of the best beaches in the United States. Other beaches are, Sand Key Beach and Belleair beach. The city is also home to a number of cultural attractions, such as the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, which is home to Winter the Dolphin, star of the movie "Dolphin Tale", Pier 60, Pop Stansell Park

We are not responsible if any of the amenities are closed or not functional as they are managed by the community and we do not have any control.
