The gourmet kitchen and furniture make you want to vacation here yearly. The property is walking distance to the beach - right where they built the NEW AMPHITHEATER which hosts free live music every Thursday during the summer. The vast open Tahoe meadow with the winding Truckee River has a trail that starts two doors down. The mountain views standing in the meadow will take your breath away.

Stateline and Heavenly are only two miles from the house. It's a great location. It's hard to find a beautiful, new, custom vacation home so perfectly located in Tahoe. Summary: We had a great stay for a quick 4th of July getaway. The house is in a wonderful location, with a ten minute walk to the park/lake and an easy drive to local shops. We were able to walk over to the park and view the fireworks. Tisha was great, providing helpful information about the area. She is accommodating and easy to communicate with.
